SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
Head to our user-friendly online store to browse and select one of the styles from our beautiful pre-designed wedding stationery suites.
Keep in mind that most of our stationery items are sold in sets of 20.
Also remember that ALL our designs are fully customisable, from colours, to fonts, to the hand lettering style. We want our stationery to reflect YOU.
We require 100% payment upfront via our secure online credit card facility. Please email us if you would like to arrange direct debit, and we can invoice you separately.
At the checkout stage of the process, we will ask you for your Wedding or Event Date, as well as any customisation requests that you have. Don't worry if you haven't completed this, as we can discuss this during the design process.
Once your order has been placed an invoice will be emailed to you with an itemised list of the stationery items you selected & a summary of the notes you have provided us with.
Once your payment is received we will begin the design process together. We will discuss all elements of the process from delivery dates, to customisation requests and wording.
In case your order changes during the process (which happens more often than not) an additional invoice or refund can be made upon approval of the final artwork.
Once we have received your order and payment, we will send you an email to introduce ourselves along with a Wording Form for you to supply your wording for your entire stationery suite.
The wording for your initial stationery items (i.e. Save the Date or Invitation) is due immediately so we can get started on your design.
If you have not yet finalised the wording for the rest of your stationery items, you can send this through at a later stage once it is ready.
Please ensure your supplied wording has been spell checked and is 100% correct, as we will copy and pasting from your text.
With regards to your hand lettering, I (Cass) will be writing this out the exact way the text is spelt.
Once we have your list of your required stationery items and your wording, it is then that exciting time to begin designing!
You will be appointed a lovely designer who will be working alongside you to bring your wedding stationery designs to life.
Your lettering will be custom hand written by me (Cass Deller). If you are not a 100% sold on the lettering that came with the stationery suite you selected, this can be changed. I have a wide range of other lettering styles that you can select from. Simply chat with myself or our designer about your options.
This is the time where you can choose to adjust things so you are completely happy with the finished product.
Your initial design concepts will be sent to you within 2 weeks of ordering online.
These designs will be based off the pre-designed suite you selected and any customisations you have requested.
Once you are happy with your beautiful designs, we will require your final approval for print via email prior to printing.
Your beautiful stationery takes approximately 2 weeks to be printed and packaged.
Once they are completed you can either collect them from Noosaville, QLD, or we can post them out to you.
Now that you have your lovely invitations in your hot little hands and you are that one step closer to being married! All you need to do is stamp them and off they go! (you may need 2 stamps per invite depending on the size chosen).
