We are on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who will be the perfect fit for the Cass Deller Design team.
At this busy stage of our business we are in the position where we have to turn away clients or work crazy hours in order to meet our deadlines. With our existing small team and our incredible client list growing (oh yeah, and a second studio baby on the way) we need some more talent on board. Therefore; after much thought and feeling, we are excited to offer a contract graphic design position within the team.

Design Tasks will include:
Full Logo & Branding Concepts and Style Guides.
Design for Stationery and Business Collateral (ie: business cards, etc).
Design & Layout for Monthly Newsletters.
Other basic graphic design tasks.
What we are looking for:
A mid-weight graphic designer with a minimum of 2yrs experience in the industry.
Someone who has a natural eye, gift, and passion for graphic art.
Someone who is organized (We use Asana for organising our projects and tasks)
Have excellent phone and email communication skills.
Experience with systems and processes within the workplace.
A great work ethic is super important to us, as well as someone who loves to learn, is self-motivated, and is very responsible.
Someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and contribute to our team.
Someone who is very familiar with Social Media platforms including Instagram, and Pinterest.
Efficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (your knowledge of these programs is crucial)
Illustration and/or typography skills would be wonderful but not essential.
Someone who values communication, feedback, and growth (personally and professionally).

This will initially be a Contract Position for 8-10hrs / 1-2days per week, paid on an hourly basis.
The role will have a 3 month probation period to ensure we are the right fit for each other. If you knock our socks off, and you love us just the same, then amazing things could happen ;)
We are looking for someone who will be passionate about our brand, and dedicated to our clients.
We have so much love and care for our clients, so you won’t be left stranded, we will coach and guide you through our processes to ensure our high standards are maintained.
You must have your own ABN.
Our studio is based on the Sunshine Coast, however you do not have to live on the Sunshine Coast to apply.
You must have your own Mac and your own up-to-date Adobe Creative Suite.
If you are not Sunshine Coast based, interviews will be conducted via Skype. Included in the final interview process will be a 'test job' for you to complete.
